1. Is this exchange free? Yes This is all completely free

2. Who can submit? As long as you have a personal web page/site you are free to submit it here

3. Are there any restrictions? Unless you site contains, racial, hate or abuse of any kind there are no restrictions.

4. How does it work? You submit your site, once it has been approved it will then appear in the correct category. People can browse the categories and should they want to exchange links with some one they can then contact you.

5. What about search engines? Once your site is approved by Free Links Exchange, it will be submitted once a week to search engines. This is free of charge.
